The apartment has large windows in the common area with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. The room also has vaulted ceilings and shares a bathroom with one of the roommates. The room is on the second floor of a 3bd townhome, and doesn’t have anyone directly above it. With utilities and internet included rent is roughly $900 a month. Deposit is $500, and the rent is month-to-month. Laundry room, dishwasher, a parking space, and a balcony. Also outdoor locked storage for bikes. Located at 29th and Valmont. The space is shared by two open-minded, clean, and respectful working professionals and one gentle cat. I work from home, quietly and usually in my own space and like to bike and climb. Jason is into cooking and gaming and works typically during the week outside of the house.
