Unfurnished room available in my 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a finished basement and two car garage in the beautiful Rolling Hills Neighborhood in Ringgold Georgia.

The property is fenced in, has a fire pit, bbq grill, hammock, relaxing deck and a front porch swing. The basement is used as a game room and there is an additional bedroom with a walk in closet in it. Renter has a choice of which room they would like; the room upstairs across the hall from the restroom or the one in the basement (no restroom). Plenty of places to chill after a hard days work. The house is fully furnished with the exception of the bedrooms. Rent includes all utilities (electric, gas, water, trash, recycling) as well as cleaning service in all common areas, internet is also included and all of my streaming services are available on all common area tv’s. Shared spaces include: Living room, Kitchen, Game room / basement, Dining room, Guest Bathroom, Deck, Yard, Front Porch, Garage

Disqualifiers: No Smoking, No Drugs, No Children (unless it’s the occasional visit), Must be employed and able to pay rent on time Background checks will be administered, please no applicants with criminal record.

I am a 42 year old female with three awesome doggos and two mildly awesome cats. lol I am an Iraq war veteran, empty nester and graphic designer. I try to spend my weekends with my family, my dogs or exploring new restaurants, markets, festivals etc. I work from home and am looking for someone respectful, positive, honest, trustworthy with a love for animals to rent one of my rooms.
