The available room is spacious—though it lacks a closet. The shared living room area is largely empty as well–aside from empty moving boxes (a plus if you have a lot of extra stuff). No washer or dryer, but there is a laundromat right up the block. Curb-side parking.

The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from Buffalo State and a 15-minute walk from Elmwood Avenue. There is a bus stop very close by (the 3 to be specific)–so getting downtown is pretty easy. A Wegmans is up the road, about a 25-minute walk.

Utilities will run around $100 - $125 a month, depending on the season. I’m open to housing animals, though the terms may have to be discussed with the landlord (who is quite easy-going).

I recently graduated from University at Buffalo–and I am looking to kickstart my career here in Buffalo. I’ve been at this apartment for about two years now.

My interests include gaming–on PC and the tabletop. I am a bit of an introvert and am prone to being a bit of a homebody, but I’m rather flexible about other folks’ lifestyles; and receptive to change and/or compromise.
