For rent is a bedroom in a three bedroom, average sized home just north of the Paradise Valley Mall in a nice and very quiet neighborhood. Small walk-in closet. You will have your own bathroom however it’s also a guest bathroom and not attached to the bedroom, but it will be almost exclusively your own, as I only have guests a few times a month at most. Washer and dryer in the garage. Driveway parking. Fast Wi-Fi. Utilities included. I like to cook so the kitchen has almost everything you need and you’re welcome to use any of my stuff. Bedroom is not furnished, but common area is fully furnished and has couches and a Tv/sound system which you’re also welcome to use whenever you’d like. Prefer 6 month lease but can be flexible. I work from home in the common area 3-4 days a week in IT Support, and some days I’ll be at the my company’s office. I tend to be a bit of a night owl, but will mostly be in my bedroom so you’d barely notice, and I’ll be respectful of whatever hours you have, and I’d ask the same. I drink alcohol, no drugs and occasionally 420 friendly, but not indoors. I have a very friendly and active dog that has free reign of the one third acre property/dog door/backyard and would prefer no other pets, but could make an exception (no cats).
