It’s a nice unfurnished room with a Queen sized bed new mattress with a closet, new blinds. A shared kitchen, and basement with Washer/Dryer included. Close to shopping and schools/colleges and only blocks from Ingalls Hospital complex.
About the roomies
My brother is living on the property now and this Spring I will move into the 2nd floor area. The house is being upgraded to include, Internet, Washer/Dryer and MicroWave (Not a Stove). The Kitchen and Bath have already been upgraded. No Pets, No Smoking, No Vaping, No Kidding. Tours are ONLY on Thurs/Fri from as early as 12noon to as late as 6pm. Central Time.
