Spacious and modernized Master Suite (521 sq ft private, @2000 sq ft public), located in a large Victorian home in the North Hill Historical District—perfect for a single adult or couple. Upstairs suite includes personal HVAC system, lazy-boy-chair, two closets, attached bath with large walk-in shower, access to a second floor balcony, and expansive sitting area with built-in bookcases, adjoining the bedroom. The fireplace in the bedroom is non-functional.

Down the hall, upstairs is a community laundry area furnished with washing machine and dryer next to a community game room with desks.

Downstairs consists of a over 1800 sq ft of shared common area, which includes a parlor, TV room, large kitchen with three bar seats, lots of counter space, two ovens and dishwasher, walk-in pantry with extra freezer, two dining rooms, bathroom, and reading nook under the stairs. Some rooms are furnished. There is also a large porch (about 300 sq ft) with a bench swing.

Double car garage is also a shared space for storage and general use.

In front of the garage, a parking space is available for one tenant of the master suite.

No pets please. No smoking is allowed in the house; however, smoking is permitted outside. Renters should be aware there will potentially other tenants in private rooms in the house. Prefer one year lease with military out clause.

Rent covers all electricity, gas, garbage, water, wifi, pest control, and cleaning service in public areas up to $200/mo. Cleaning service does not include pots and pans or resident food or beverage accidents. Owner to maintain grounds and upkeep of facilities.
