Bedford Forest Drive

I have a furnished room available in my 3 bedroom house in a beautiful, safe, quite neighborhood near ortega/ Timucuana- 1 block away from the river. The room includes a full sized bed, closet, dresser, mirror and desk for work. Across the hall from the bedroom is a dedicated bathroom. It will be mostly dedicated to the roomie but sometimes used by guests. $800 for room.

The kitchen wall is under renovation (retiling). It is still functional and has all new stainless steel appliances.

Currently its just me and my cat living here. Sometimes my bf visits. I’m pretty much an introvert and after work I like to come back to a peaceful home. I don’t cook often. On the weekends, I usually relax in my living room or visit nearby coffee shops and run errands. I don’t smoke. Occasionally drink. I’m also not a fan of parties.
