Large bedroom avail soon - 1/1/24 - with flexible move-in date. Current roommate is moving to a different city for a job. You would be joining the remainder of the lease through June 15, 2024 and able to renew after that. Perfect for graduate students or working professionals.

Roommate is kind, quiet and considerate, and is WFH/in office 50:50. He enjoys kayaking, biking, and hosting occasional friends for dinner but prefers a quiet home space. He generally keeps Halal (esp. no pork) and would enjoy having another vegetarian/vegan or halal/kosher roommate. Prefers no alcohol in the home (Halal reasons).
