About the space: I’m looking for a relaxed, clean, dog-friendly, easy-going roommate with steady, reliable income to split my 2 bed, 2 bath + loft apartment. Water, trash, assigned parking spot included; internet and electric would be split with me. Your room can be furnished (I would purchase a new boxspring/mattress for you) or unfurnished if you have bedroom furniture. While the room is painted blue, you would be able to paint it if you wanted. I also have a second TV if you would like to use that for your bedroom. The closet is very big and can fit about 10 suitcases, clothes, etc. (items in closet would be removed). The loft space is being outfitted as a small exercise area that you could use and the kitchen is fully equipped. Large balcony outside and open to plants if that is something you are into. If you have a dog, they would have to be dog friendly so the pets could be left home alone during the work day. Please inquire if you are serious about renting!

Hi There! I’m a 30-something professional living in Kingstowne, Alexandria and working in DC. I have a little long-haired dachshund who is super friendly and basically a therapy dog. I am gone frequently traveling for work (doggo stays with family) and gone most weekends to my family’s house in Maryland. I like to exercise, hike, scuba dive, travel, and take my dog for walks and day trip adventures.
