ABOUT THE ROOM

This is a room in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The room has a large closet and two windows. The room will be furnished as shown in the photos. Brand new AC unit. This is a month-to-month lease. LONG-TERM preferred.

LOCATION:

We are located 4 blocks away from Broadway (R-M train) where there are plenty of shops and Grocery stores. There are also 2 laundromats, 1 block away.

**A must for any new roommate is that they are drama-free, reliable with bills, and respectful of communal spaces as we have a very harmonious environment in the house.

• No loud music (we sometimes work from home.)

• No Overnight guests

To move in:

Proof of stable income, and background check. International students are welcome!

• Rent is $800/month with WiFi Included. Gas and Con-Edison are not included in the rent, we will split those between roommates.
