Sophia's room

Located in downtown Webb City. You have your own room and bathroom, apartment lease ends April 1st and I need a roommate until then. There are laundry machines within the apartment. Would prefer females. Rent is 392 plus electric which ranges around $78, depending on the use of the thermostat. There is no smoking allowed due to having asthma, and no pets allowed.

I work full time and usually at the apartment during the evening and night time. I like it to be clean and quiet and looking for someone who shares these same values.
