Hi! I am looking for a roommate for the master bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bath in Novato. All rooms have access to a deck with a beautiful view of the water, and we have pool access in the summer. Your room does have a private entrance, and a connected bathroom with full shower and bathtub. The bed pictured is a king size bed, but the room will be unfurnished. There are two large closets in the master as well as a third smaller one with shelving. We also have a one car garage through the kitchen where we have a washer and dryer, and guest parking on the street. Rent is $1900 for the master, and the room will be available mid January. We will have the room professionally cleaned before you move in, as well as the carpets and bathroom. Please message me if you or someone you know might be interested!
