Sorry ladies I’m currently only looking for male roommates. Close to Capital university, downtown, OSU, airport, resturants, shopping, grocery stores and bus lines. Single room partially furnished, personal closet, shared bath, shared living, kitchen, laundry, hardwood floors, small patio with flower gardens, on street parking only, no storage. There are storage units close by. This is a non smoking, no pets rental. Pay 1/2 the monthly utilities each month which include gas, water, electric and internet. Do not have cable! Rent subject to yearly increase which will be split between both parties. I lease through a leasing office so they require background check and application, you must sign a lease as a roommate for the room, and show proof of renters insurance.

I’m a gay 62 year old, have grown kids not living with me, non smoker, no drugs, rarely drink alcohol, a glass of wine now and then, no pets. Pretty clean, tidy and organized. Cook most of my meals, love to garden. Keep to myself mainly, but can be social, pretty much work and come home and stream movies most evenings. I’m divorced, and starting over so keeping things simple.
