Bernadette's room

We live in an apartment located in West Seattle we are on the 2nd story with elevator access. You can have garage parking for an additional $150 (living in Seattle is so fun sometimes) there is street parking for free of course! You will have the main bathroom all to yourself with your room right next to it. Room is unfurnished feel free to decorate how you like. Have necessities for cooking if you’d like to.
We are located walking distance to Safeway, Qfc, Petco and all of the west Seattle Junction. Also a 5 min walk from the bus station that goes downtown! The bus ride is about 10 minutes downtown depending on your stop. (Looking for single occupancy and only)

My husband and I just moved into this apartment around 2 weeks ago with the hopes of having a roommate already settled unfortunately life happens and it did not work out. We have been together for 8 years and are 23 and 24 looking for someone who is clean and responsible. We like to cook and watch movies in the common space throughout the week. We are both students who work part time. M-F it is usually just us we are pretty quiet. The weekends we do enjoy having friends over so it’s not always quiet but of course we will be respectful. We are looking for someone close to our age since we do enjoy a good balance of working and having fun also. Although school and work consumes most of our time my hobbies consists of working out, binging tv shows, cooking new recipes, always down to explore or go shopping and hanging out with my dog.
