Townhouse is located in Smyrna and is about 10 minutes from the I-24 exit. 30 minutes from Downtown Nashville; and 20 minutes from Downtown Murfreesboro. Multiple stores and restaurants are relatively close as well. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and most standard appliances. Laundry machines are available in the home. You will have your own parking space that is in the front of the home.

Your share of rent (including trash and water) will be $550 per month, plus half of utilities. This would be $40 for internet and about $50 to $100 for electricity (summer months usually being on the higher end).

The room has its own AC unit and can fit up to a queen-sized bed nightstand. Comes with a closet for clothes and some storage as well.
