Eileen's room

This is a 2 story home with 3 bedrooms (1 bonus room) and 2 1/2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms, the bonus room, and one of the full bathrooms is located upstairs. One bedroom is bigger than the other. Unfortunately, I will only be renting out one of the rooms upstairs (the bigger of the 2) at this time.

Main door is a smart lock. There is an alarm system, and there are security cameras outside of the home. There is one camera in the home located in the kitchen (used mainly to check on the dogs).

You will have access to the rest of the home (kitchen, living room, laundry room), to exclude the other bedrooms, bonus room, and the garage in the home.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Please be mindful of the neighbors as most have school aged children and have to be up early in the morning. The property is 35-40 minutes from the base.

No pets and no smoking allowed (vaping is fine). No loud or late night gatherings allowed.

REQUIRED: background checks (pre-screening); financial stability - first months rent; 3 month paystubs; $500 deposit; rental insurance; and at least a 6 month lease.

I am an active duty service member and work early mornings to late evenings. I own 2 German Shepherds that will stay on the main floor of the home. They are not too noisy and they are very friendly. The other tenant occupies the bonus room upstairs and works early mornings to early afternoons. We are both quiet, clean, and friendly. We are looking for respectful, clean, and friendly roommates.
