I am looking for someone to sublet or take over my lease for my ~600 ft2 1BR apartment until July (with the potential to extend for the following year). The start date is flexible. The apartment is $850 per month + $100 utilities.

Location Situated at 1212 SW 1st avenue, you can see campus from the front yard and the Publix on University avenue is right around the corner. Downtown is within walking distance If you are a biking or walking person, this is a great spot. However, if you have a car, the apartment is situated above your garage. There is a university parking lot ~50 yards away, which may be useful depending on your needs. The innovation district, which has parks and a food truck area, is right around the corner. Downtown (i.e., Bo Diddley Plaza) is 6 minutes by bike or 20 minutes walking.

Building description The apartment is one of two situated above 4 garages—one of which is yours. Access to those garages is from Alligator Avenue. The entrance to the apartment is off the street in a courtyard shared with three other tenants. There is shared washer and dryer in one of the garages.

This is an apartment, but there are 3 other apartments that you share the courtyard with. They are post undergraduate young professionals. Everyone is nice and respectful.
