Hello, My Name is Veronica. I have a 4 bedroom house, two full bathrooms. one is a shower and the other is a tub. I have a backyard and a basement for any storage space you need until the mean time. I have 4 dogs, they are usually quiet unless they are hungry or need to go outside. I have two kids who are 6 and 16. I don’t ask for much but to keep yourself and your area clean, I’m a clean freak and have OCD. Also respect me and my kids belongings. I will run a background check due to me having kids in the house. If you are 4/20 friendly that’s perfectly fine with me just no smoking in the upstairs. Could use the basement or downstairs bathroom. The room that’s for rent is NOT PRIVATE, but it does come with a closet. a bathroom is next to that room. You’re more than welcome to have the bathroom downstairs to yourself for cosmetics, shower and ect. We don’t use it much. I’m really easy to get along with as long as you pay your rent on time, respect me and my kids and our belongings and keep your area clean. Guest are welcome but not on an everyday basis. And I don’t like too many people knowing where I live knowing I have kids here. I am licensed to carry incase you are on probation or parole. I have two refrigerators, one kitchen one and a mini one. Your more than welcome to use the little one for your personal use. My kids are well mannered and quiet and respectful. As long as you pay your rent on time, respect me and don’t steal from me we will be fine! If you have any pets let me know, maybe we can work something out because I know how it is to be so close to your animals. Message me if needed for a place! Hopefully your search goes well.
