Amazing location on the Westside! Looking for a roommate to rent a room in our 3 bedroom 2 story home in desirable River West neighborhood!
This is a downstairs room, shared bathroom with one other roommate. Rent is $830 a month plus utilities. The deposit is $500. Lease is month-to-month. No pets unfortunately.
The landlord just replaced the AC Unit, Heating Unit, Water Heater and Dishwasher. They are planning get a new stove top put in soon as well. We also have an awesome deck and see deer on a daily basis.
About the roomies
About us: we are both males in our late 30s. We keep the place pretty clean, so looking for someone who can do the same. We are definitely not a party house, but do host the occasional dinner or game night. We are looking for someone who fits well with our lifestyle.
