Jennifer's room

Looking for someone to fill a room in a 3 bed, 2 bath condo in Point Loma. Current move-in date is Feb 1 and this would be based on a month-to-month lease. We (2 females age 27, 28) would prefer a female roommate but may consider a male if you pass the vibe check (and a background check 🙂). The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the condo is furnished (couches, table, TV, living room furniture, etc.)

You will get a private room and will share a bathroom with one roommate (bathroom is pictured). The other roommate has the master bedroom with a private bathroom. All rooms have huge closets. In-unit washer and dryer. Tons of extra shared storage space. There are two parking spaces directly in front of the condo (tandem parking) that the 3 of us will share equally and street parking. Rent for the room is $1300, WiFi is $27/month and electricity is typically around $50/month. Landlord pays for gas and water. There are two cats in the house already so preferably no more pets but if you have another cat we can see if the cats vibe (litter box will need to go in your room though, sorry!) Less than 10 minute drive to the beach. Tons of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants close by.

Other details/amenities: Recently updated countertops in the kitchen (white quartz), appliances, in-unit laundry, vinyl flooring in the living room, bedrooms, and hallway leading to the rooms/bathroom (all installed Jan 2023). There’s a fireplace and lots of storage in the living room/hallway. We have a private front patio with a built in bbq, a big back patio and there are two community pools, a jacuzzi, and a clubhouse.

About us: Hey I’m Jen! I’m a 27F Human Resources professional. I am responsible, clean and laid back. My work hours are extremely predictable, (work M-F, in bed by 10) and I am gone most weekends visiting my boyfriend and family. You will be sharing a bathroom with me. Jennica is 28 and a high school science teacher. Her schedule is similar to mine (work M-F, in bed by 10) and you can often find her on the couch watching Netflix or in her room playing video games. She has the master bedroom with her own private bathroom.
