I have a private room with its own bathroom. The home has a living room and a loft upstairs that will be available to use. There is also a private fridge available in the garage for all your personal food beautiful backyard, where you can sit and read a book or enjoy some fresh air. Alberhill community has beautiful walking areas and a park nearby. It is very safe. Will be an additional $300 per month with child.

I am a 36-year-old single mom professional with a 4 1/2-year-old who goes to daycare. I Do work from home sometimes. I rarely have people over during the week, but do occasionally host brunches or have family over maybe once a weekend a month.
