Ally's room

Small room and private bathroom on main floor of townhouse available. We charge $100 less of the base rent for this room because of the size but you’ll have your own bathroom bedroom with a closet hardwood floors, High ceiling. Easy access to the front door and garage and kitchen. Living area. Brand new washer and dryer are upstairs. We keep the house very clean and simply just ask that whoever moves in helps to keep their stuff clean in the shared spaces and looks to help with house chores as they can (mainly just unloading the dishwasher or washing/putting away your dishes).

Our group of roomies has been together for a long while but our deer sweet friend is going into the Navy so we are looking for someone to take her room. You will be living with me( Hi my name is Ally ) my fiance and our 4-year-old son and my best friend( female, 22) we do also have our young cat Kaz who loves people and other animals and children so must be okay with cats in the house.
