I have two rooms available both with your own bathrooms and showers. Internet is included, trampoline, washer and dryer, access to the living room, fireplace, dining room, outside fire pit, playground and if you want company to come over for dinner or the day it’s more than welcome. I have one seventh month old puppy Pitbull who is a big goof, I have three cats that are outside cats I live by myself with occasionally my brother staying over the house and he has his own room. It’s a big house I am semi-handicap so maybe some help around the house will bring down your rent. I am respectful I am retired so I’m here all day any questions you have just ask.
I am a single dad to a 21-year-old daughter and a 7-month-old granddaughter that do not live here. But they visit often. Just like my brother lives here and visits often but he has his own room. I have three outside cats a 7-month-old pitbull that is a big goof and will lick you to death. You have access to the entire house the outside the trampoline the playground there’s more than enough parking fireplace fire pit outside kitchen laundry room dining room living room you have complete access to especially if you want family over or friends for dinner or whatever. I am easy-going and just looking to rent out the rooms to someone respectful and easygoing like myself and we’ll just pay your rent on time so I can pay my bills.
