NO MEN. 2 bed 1.5 bath. No pets allowed in the complex. Rent is 530, WiFi is 40, gas is 8 and electric is 40+. Water included. The room is fully furnished but I can move as much out as you’d like. You have to apply through the apartment complex and get approved. You wouldn’t pay rent when you move in until the first of the month but there is a $250 lease change fee that I ask you to pay since I’ve already paid the $1060 for rent for that month, I listed it as the security deposit but there isn’t one. ESA and service are allowed if approved by the complex but I am allergic to cats, rabbits and dogs that shed. I have an ESA dog that’s hypoallergenic. She’s an Aussie doodle.
Idk any of the neighbors. It’s pretty quiet thankfully. I’m 25 and high functioning autistic so I don’t like loud noises and messes. I work full time and when I’m not working, I’m at home watching tv and doing a puzzle. I’m very easy to get along with, my dog loves people as well, and she’s very energetic. I don’t care if you drink or consume substances, I just don’t want anyone that smokes cigarettes or cigars. I’m LGBTQ+ myself, also 420 friendly, I’m ok with visitors.
