Adelicia's room

I’m renting a 2B2Ba at the Arbors in Livermore and am looking for someone to take the 2nd room (and bathroom). The complex is really nice, and the apartment was newly renovated before I moved in. There is a full kitchen, in unit laundry, free parking, and an outdoor patio space. I’ve got a good amount of furniture already, but I don’t mind giving up that space to accommodate.

The complex also has a gym, pool, tennis courts, play ground, and keyed mail boxes.

Location wise, it is close to a skate park and great walking/running/biking trails by the vineyards. It is an easy bike downtown, to the lab, and to hiking trails.

I really enjoy living here, and just would like someone else to move in to make it more affordable. In a housemate, I am looking for someone who enjoys quiet time after 10pm, and is generally laid back.

Currently just me, no pets, but some plants. I work outside of the house but am home evenings and mornings. I appreciate clean counters and a clean sink, but understand we are all busy.

My partner and I are long distance, but he comes over once a month or so. I’m totally ok with overnight guests so long as it doesn’t impact the living space.
