I’m looking for someone preferably to sublet my studio in downtown/east village for the months of Jan AND Feb or just Feb.

It’s right off the freeway! So it’s easy to get around. And walking distance to San Diego community college. Minutes to Petco park, 10 mins from Mission Bay, 6 mins from Balboa park, 10 mins to Coronado island. 12 mins from OB/PB.
Asking $1900 for the month but open to negotiation.

I plan on traveling out of country beginning of the year and would love to have someone enjoy my apartment while I’m away. You’d have the studio to yourself!
