About the room
We’re close to downtown Sanford, and the house is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. It’s close to 1800 square feet and the shared bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower. We have a nice backyard with a covered patio, pool, and an outdoor grilling area.
About the roomies
Currently there are 3 residents two males (early 30’s) and one female (mid 20’s). We are super cannabis friendly and pet friendly. There are 2 very friendly dogs in the house and 4 cats. If you have a pet there will be an additional $150 added to the security deposit.
