The room is furnished with a very new queen-size/full-size bed/single-size bed, a desk/table, a chair, and a lamp +. A Deposit of $500. Tenants’ ages are 20-40. $900/month. Minimum six months. The house has a very straight guest policy.

All tenants share some housework, like cleaning, garbage, etc.

Professional house cleaning is provided in the public areas once every 2 weeks.
