Tom's room

It is a second floor apt. Overlooking a golf course. State of the art gym. Two pool (1 adult, 1 childrens) pickle ball court, golf pro shop, nice bar scene. My side is very quiet. Excellent lawn maintenance. Great staff.

I live alone. My daughter is moving out. Which presents me with a problem. I am a100% DAV. I have two arms, two legs, and about half a brain. The PTSD and TBI precludes from driving. Basically, I am in search of a friend, of like mind and an occasional “Driving Mr. Daisy”. Just an occasional store trip and to my VA appointments. They are few and far between. My compensation for this is a rent of $750 per month. I am a 63 year-old trying very hard to grow up. Love good restaurants, beach walks, and life. I would be honored to meet and greet.
