Nice, upscale clean home in a quiet Southern Highlands neighborhood. It’s a two story home and is over 2000 sqft. The area is safe, and the house also has a security system. There are several parks nearby in walking distance. Renter gets their own room along with a bathroom that will be treated as private. Common areas are fairly well furnished, although the bedroom is not. All utilities included, as well as a cleaner who comes monthly.

I am a quiet, laid back professional in my late 30’s. I’m looking for someone who compliments that ideally. I travel a good bit for work, so there will be times you’ll have the whole house to yourself. I do have a dog, so the renter must be okay with that. He’s 35#, older, slightly dramatic, and quite the cuddler. I’m looking for a roommate who is trustworthy, safe, clean, and who will be kind to my dog since it’s his home too.
