Gavin's room

The room is private, secluded, has its own private entrance from the outside. It has it’s own bathroom with shower. It’s situated in a beautiful little garden nook. We’re nestled in one of the last tree stands in Vancouver. It is full of birds, squirrels, bugs, and bees. There is a shared living room/kitchen as well as garage, attic storage and washing machine/dryer units. It’s a pretty easy set up. Very close to downtown, buslines, and the I-5 corridor.

There’s currently just the owner here, a single, 34 y/o mail who is striving towards debt freedom, and healthy responsible adult living. He is(me) a musician, and will play guitar at volume sometimes. Basically, I’m a practicing vegan, musician, gardening, grocery store clerk, aspiring towards health, freedom, sovereignty, and the good life, and would like to make that a communal vision here.
