This private bedroom in a 4-bedroom house is shared with 2 other graduates. The house is located on Southern & Mill and is less than a 5-minute drive to the Tempe campus. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and has covered parking. The house has a spacious backyard as you can see in the photos and the house is now furnished completely as these are photos before we moved in. The other 2 roommates who you will be sharing the house with work 50+ hours and are very laid back and easygoing. The rent will be around $1,200 including bills. It will be open to move in early January and you won’t have to pay for January as well.

The Roommates are both recent graduates from ASU. One of the roommates has 2 dogs and a cat which he keeps in his room down the end. He spends afternoons and evenings working as a Manager at a restaurant. 5-6 days a week. The other roommate works Monday to Friday in Scottsdale and splits his time between the house and his girlfriend’s apartment. Both are great guys who are trustable roommates and friends as well who will respect your privacy and are willing to help you out whenever.
