With almost 3000 sq.ft. and 3 floors the name “condo doesn’t do it justice. Our comfortable home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with mostly retirees. The available room is on the second floor with full private bathroom and landing with desk for your use. The bedroom has a queen size bed with mattress and memory foam topper, chest of drawers, two nightstands with lamps, area rug, and two closets. The bedroom has a window with a view of the community green and also looks across to the Missouri River. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, sitting/reading area, bathroom/laundry room, deck with patio furniture, full kitchen, and both main and garage entrances. Downstairs has an additional bedroom & bathroom, entertainment space, and walk-out door access to the community green.
I am an eclectic person, from a large family, and have visited more countries than I have states in the US. I’m an ambulatory pharmacist. When I’m not working, I am busy painting, cooking/baking, watching international films, reading, exploring or spending time with my kiddo. We moved here in 2022 and often go on “adventures” to experience new things here in Montana. My kiddo and I are relatively quiet but do have the occasional short dance party. I have successfully rented to a Nigerian traveling nurse and a Texan wildlife researcher. We are looking for someone to share our space that will occasionally share a conversation with us too. I am working on furnishing the downstairs bedroom and hunting for a roommate. We are relatively clean people, but I do have a cleaning service come by monthly to deep clean the entire unit to ensure that everything stays clean. Sorry, no pets due to severe respiratory allergies; this is also why we have a cleaning service.
