Jackie's room

Lived in the apartment for ~2ish years with minimal issues! It’s ~1200 square footage, separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms & bedrooms, and a bunch of closet space. No bug or rodent problems so far (fingers crossed), good location, mostly fully furnished (not the empty room though lmao). The appliances (specifically the oven) are a little outdated but all still work. No pets currently but not opposed to pets.
