Chase's room

Looking for a roomate who is preferably male and around the age range of 23-40 that is clean and responsible. This is a townhome right off Cole Road and Fairview with only me occupying it. It has 2 bedrooms and one bath. The empty room comes with a table and the trashcan but that is all for furnishing. Space Is limited so it is imperative that I have a roomate that can be clean and not let dishes get racked up, make the bathroom dirty, etc. The house has everything you need with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, heating, cooling, wifi, and a crawl space/garage for storage. I do have a mini golden named Lia who is super sweet and laid back but may jump on you when she is excited — due to the small space I do not want any more pets but some exceptions may be possible. I will expect a security deposit of $300 to show me that you are serious and then I can prepare the room and lease agreement. (6 months). Rent will be $800 flat rate every month with utilities included. Move-in day can be any day.

Laid back guy but like to keep the house quiet. Like to play soccer, guitar, lift weights, and swing dance sometimes on the weekends.
