hi there. I’m looking to sublet/ short term rent out my private bedroom and half bathroom. This will be for 1-2 months only, starting in January. January only is okay. Otherwise this would be for January and February.

Its a very cozy and colorful place. Its all furnished already and there is not much (or any) room for more furniture. Looking for 1600$ a month plus 1000$ deposit. Its a really great location. It’s close to freeways, lots of food, coffee, and nightlife (walking distance).

My roomate will still be living in the apartment with her two cats. She works full time but is home otherwise and stays in her room mostly. I may drop in periodically since some of my belongings are still going to be there but I will not require access to the bedroom.
