Hi I am looking for someone to fill my private room in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located on cook douglass. I am moving for a new job and need someone to take it over ASAP! There are 3 other roommates all have their own rooms mostly keep to themselves all 3 are male.

• rent: $960 + electricity/wifi (landlord pays for water)
• security deposit: 1 months rent

• large windows, big spacious room.
• brand new bed frame and mattress only a few months old queen size. 2 dressers and AC.
• furnished kitchen + livingroom -washer/dryer on premises, street parking available -security cameras and system in place. -garbage removal etc is done by landlord

I will be leaving but the other guys are all working and sort of keep to themselves.
