A totally PRIVATE ENTRANCE to your quiet guest room. Located in the heart of PSL West . 7 minutes to I-95 . Surveillance cameras are installed around the property for your own safety. The room it’s furnished with a full bed set or not . A 3.2 cub ft refrigerator and a microwave/ Air fryer. Bathroom is shared with another female person. All utilities are included. Laundry room available once a week. No accessibility to the kitchen .
A minimum of three months lease . Prerequisites: At least 3 months paystubs. Background check. No working from home . No drugs of any type. No weapons . No pets.

We are a very small hard working family that enjoy a peaceful environment when we are home.
