Surveillance cameras are installed around the property for your own safety. The unit it’s furnished with a full bed set. It has a kitchenette that includes: A 4.6 Cu ft refrigerator, microwave/ Air fryer, two burners table for light cooking only and coffee maker. In your bedroom you will have a 40” smart TV. All utilities are included. The mini apartment provides washer and dryer inside the unit (once a week) A maximum of five months (renewable if both parties agreed) Prerequisites: At least 3 months paystubs. Background check. No kids. No drugs of any type. No pets. 😊
