Amber's room

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath 2nd story apartment near the Town Center area, close to interstate, shops, multiple bases. The bedroom is unfurnished with private bath. Property has many social events, a pool, trash pick up and a tennis court among other things. The apartment has a wood burning fire place that I have used multiple times and a balcony with new patio furniture. The current lease is through the middle of July. I would be willing to entertain a lease renewal with the right roommate.

I am 24 years old and work full time during the day. I am friendly and outgoing but newer to the area and respectful of peoples space and privacy. The current occupants are just me, a neutered 1 year old cat and a 6 year old dog. With the apartment regulations, I am already at max capacity for pets.
