This is a private room that fits a twin/full-size bed and gets a good amount of sunlight. Heat and water are included with the rent. Please note there is no common living room. Shared kitchen with a dining area and a shared bathroom. 1st month rent & security deposit are required to sign a lease. Minimum of 6-month lease.

This is located on a 3rd-floor walk-up apartment inside a multi-family house. 20-30 mins commute into midtown Manhattan. Located in a convenient neighborhood for transportation (E, M, F, R, 7 train lines), a laundromat with dry cleaning service, grocery shopping, restaurants, and Trader Joe’s is a bus ride away.

2 roommates in their mid-20s, they both keep to themselves, you will be sharing the bathroom the kitchen, and a dining area. Utilities are split among the roommates (internet, cooking gas, and electricity). Looking for someone responsible to pay their rent/bills on time. No parties, no smoking indoors, and no pets.
