About the room
There is a semi-furnished room for rent in Brooklyn Avenue 92114 sandiego family neighborhood (within walking distance of Encanto/62nd station ). Room(11x11 ft) has a closet. You will have access to the rest of the house (kitchen and a living room) with ample safe privacy for all as the house has 2 bedrooms with shared spacious bathroom and a large front yard. Room will be rented on a monthly basis and the deposit. All persons are welcome and the location is ideal for anyone working around that area. Military is also welcome! No drugs/alcohol or smoking allowed within the home please.You would share the house with me (I keep myself very busy in my work ). Will consider working couples and/or someone who wants to share the room with his/her children or pet…we would negotiate rent accordingly.
