Hi, I’m Kat, 37, female, I work full time, I like to cook, love critters but don’t have any pets of my own. I like playing music sometimes while I cook or clean or putter. I enjoying creative projects/fixing things.

Looking for someone that would socialize but can be independent also; respects shared space and private space; pays bills in full and on time. Open to a couple or a single person.

Room is available for 6 months February to August 2024

Rent is $1,350 total for the house, so split 2 ways $675 ea/ or 3 ways $450 ea/. Total house utilities (Gas, H20, Elec, trash) have typically been between $180 and $350 depending on peak season/off season (for 2 people, possibly higher w/ 3). Trash cost may change with the impending switch to roll carts in February.

The photos are from before I lived here; unfortunately there’s no pictures of it with rooms empty, but they don’t give you a great sense of the place anyhow. House was built in 1930, so it’s far from being an open floor plan and has old house quirks, like no outside outlets.
