Nice newly renovated home on a canal near Del Prado in central Cape. Very close to bank, gym, groceries etc… You can feasibly live here without a car if you work from home. Your private room is partially furnished. Would also have your own bath. I live a alone with small young dog that is VERY friendly. So must love dogs. Rent would cover all utilities. Would give you my wifi passcode. My car goes in garage but you have plenty of driveway for yours. I work from home, but pretty low-key lifestyle. Work in home office til 6pm then just gym, then tv with the pooch til about 10pm. We have a great lanai with view of canal. Remember that the rent absorbs about $150 worth of utilities to cover half the cost of wifi/water/electric.

I am an older gay professional male. Your gender or preference does not matter to me. I have had both male and female roommates in the past. I get along well with younger people so age is not an issue. Just as long as you are responsible and trustworthy and looking for a place to lie low and focus on work and/or studies. Not a place to bring dates and have parties. As stated I do have a small dog, so must be a dog lover.
