Corinthian Park Drive

The house in located in the Windrose neighborhood, directly across from the golf course’s 12th tee box. The neighborhood is deed controlled and has police frequently patrolling, so very safe. Tons of fast food places, grocery stores, gas stations and parks close. I have one bedroom furnished and another with just a dresser drawer if you have a bed. Either room is available. The house is about 15 minutes from I-45 and 20 minutes from FM 249. Great location and very nice neighborhood. All lawn services are covered as well.

Currently I’m the only one living in the 3 bedroom house. I don’t have any current pets and I’m a clean person. I enjoy board games, disc golf and being active. I also have a giant movie collection anyone can use while staying. Currently also have Hulu, Disney+ & Netflix at the house.
