Hey there! Looking for a roommate for the other room in a large 2 bed/2 bath craftsman style house in Cobbs Creek. The lease would start on/after Feb 1st, rent is $800 + utilities, and one month’s rent is due at move in as a security deposit. The room is pretty large with an en suite bathroom on the second floor across the hall from the other room. The house has a giant open kitchen that gets nice light with tons of counter space, a dishwasher, and gas stove. We have a washer/dryer on the second floor, a basement, and small back patio. The G and the 34 trolley are a few blocks away. We’re also walking distance from Cobb’s Creek park and the 58th st shopping center, and a quick drive to the Hmart in Upper Darby and the Landsdowne Goodwill.

I would be your roommate - I’m a 26-year-old white queer musician working in the performing arts and catering. I keep things neat around the house, love to cook, and enjoy hosting low key gatherings. I like living communally and share space well with people who are good communicators and have good boundaries. My ideal roommate is someone who is also queer, 25+, into sharing meals, and on the tidier side. BIPOC to the front!
