John's room

The room: The bedroom is located on the second floor and has an attached full bathroom and walk-in closet. The windows are westward facing and have a small view of the front range. There is also a furnished loft area on the second floor for privacy and lounging. The property: There is a landscaped backyard, deck, and outdoor furniture. The unfinished basement has plenty of room for temporary storage of items. Street parking is always available. The home is equipped with a security system (Ring) that includes multiple cameras and a central hub to alert services if needed. The area: The home is located <5 minutes from old town Erie, 25 minutes from Boulder, and 35 minutes from Denver. There are plenty of paved walking trails, parks, and restaurants.

I have two dogs - a 1 y/o Golden, and a 7 y/o Bernese Mt Dog. The dogs are very well-behaved and love to be around people. I hire a dog walker to stop by when I have long days at work, but take care of their needs otherwise. I commute to Denver for work daily for my job, but will occasionally work from home in my office on the first floor. I am easy to get along with, approachable, and have a stable career. I am fairly active and enjoy all the area has to offer (snowboarding, biking, climbing, etc).
