Off street parking in driveway, cute front and back yards with hammock and raised beds available to use if desired, fire pit and grill available to use, covered deck, WiFi included, Netflix included, and PS4 fully available to share in living room.

Utilities (gas hot water, oil heat, and electric) split by 3. Last year’s numbers are in and Electric, Gas, and Oil averaged out to $130 per person per month.

Our cats hate boisterous and excitable dogs unfortunately, but we are open to very chill and quiet dogs. No more cats though, sorry :(

Seeking respectful roommate for house share on quiet street in northwest Woonsocket. Must love dogs and cats as we have a golden retriever and 2 cats in home. We are two 34 year old women and 1 36 yo man; 1 married couple (Eileen and Chris), 1 singleton (me, Kelsey). Two of us travel for work, so most of the time, you’d be sharing the space with just 1 or 2 people for long stretches of weeks to months.

We’re all pretty introverted but friendly, and like a harmonious space. Eileen chills a lot in her room, Chris putters around in the garden, and I spend most of my time working or hiking. We’re a nice bunch.

It would be awesome to get another down to earth, kind, responsible person in the house. No MAGA under any circumstances.
