Arika's room

Fully furnished bedroom located in a large 2 story house. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented and has a park across the street and hiking trails in the immediate area. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed, a cozy recliner, a large dresser, spacious closet, and a gorgeous glass table for yummy meals. The room also comes with a mini fridge, microwave, personal set of dishes and utensils, and your own 32“ Roku tv! The washer and dryer are located upstairs along with the bedrooms. The bathroom is shared, however there are no other tenants besides the main renters and they have their own bathroom. So for now you get the bathroom all to yourself! Within 1.5 miles of an Albertsons, McDonald’s, Dutch bros, 7/11, and other conveniences. We also have a medium sized room (also furnished) for $800 + deposit and a small unfurnished room for $750 + deposit. Feel free to message me for more details.

I own this house and live here with my fiancé and our 4 rescued cats (so I hope you like furry friends). We rarely leave the house other than go to work and run errands. We prefer staying in, playing video games, and cooking bomb meals rather than going out. However in the summer we are always finding new adventures. We don’t have people over very often, but when we do it’s mainly my grandparents haha. Our cats all have unique personalities. The oldest is a grumpy old man who I took in after my aunt passed, the second oldest is a middle aged lady who is constantly anxious and hides a lot of the time (former street cat), there’s the crackhead 2 year old that will probably take up any lap space you provide, and then there’s the little man who will always chirp at you for attention (we think he’s half bird). Unfortunately, because I have so many rescues, I don’t allow renters with pets because it would be unfair to upset the environment they’ve gotten used to and the routine they rely on. But I promise they will provide plenty of entertainment and company.
