My name is Chloe I both work from home and clean, quiet and friendly. Im helping my landlord reach out to fill 2 empty rooms in our house (Candia, NH)! With a super flexible lease, it’s great for temporary, short term living (traveling for work) or for a longer term stay! The available rooms are a great option for young professionals trying to save money because it is very cheap with all utilities included. Please note, women only tenants due to preference/request of previous tenants. The landlord Dave also lives here. He is retired and owns the entire house so he rents out the rooms. I truly trust him with pretty much anything. He is super understanding and willing to do so much for myself and the other tenant. He is great with dogs, so if you have a dog (especially fearful dogs who may struggle with new people) this would likely be one of your best options because he can take care of any dog with any type of fear or reactivity (which is rare to find someone with such patience with dogs).
