No private entrance, but you will get a garage door opener and code to the front door for entry. Kitchen and laundry space will be shared. The house is within walking distance to a grocery store and several great parks. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with lots of great people!

My current lease is up in June, but I will be looking to renew it - this opportunity could be great for a short term lease or longer term lease!
